We created this special bracelet in honor of the wonderful work done by Hospice and Palliative Care of Cape Cod.  Their compassionate and skilled staff care for patients and  families facing life threatening illness . 

Each bracelet has a handmade polymer bead with the logo of Hospice of Cape Cod which is accompanied  by 2 handmade lampwork glass beads, The bracelet is formed with sterling silver wire and sterling and silverplated beads. The magnetic clasp makes it easy to put on. The reverse side of the bead simply states "Hope". The cost is  $40, 5% tax is $2.00 and shipping is $3.00. Sea of Beads will donate 25% of the cost to Hospice and Palliative Care of Cape Cod.
